Successful candidates demonstrate their knowledge and comprehension of adapting agile thinking and values into service management, the Agile Manifesto’s core values and principles, Agile concepts and practices including DevOps, ITIL, SRE, Lean and Scrum, along with agile process improvement and engineering.

PREREQUISITES

There are no formal prerequisites for a candidate to sit the Certified Agile Service Manager exam, however training with an accredited training organisation is strongly advised. The exam duration is 1 hour, and the candidate needs to achieve a 65% score to be awarded the Certified Agile Service Manager certification.
